To redeem tickets purchased online, print out the confirmation page and present it at the theatre box office. Alternatively, you can present the booking confirmation number at the box office and the cashier will generate your tickets.

All refunds for online ticket sales must be done in person at the theatre before the start of the showtime. You must present the same credit card that was used to make the transaction.

Online booking fees are non-refundable.
